YOU CAN DO YOUR PART TO HELP STOP THE INSANITY – A Senseless Child’s Murder in Ohio and Others—
In my last post (April 2) I talked about the abduction and murder – and Lord only knows what else – of 13 year old Esme Kenney. She was taken from us on a public jogging trail by a (convicted) sexual predator who had most likely stalked her and swept her up in the most chilling and cold-blooded way imaginable.
This post is Part I of series of posts on how schools, parents and children can avoid, prevent and, if necessary, escape from these evil chicken hawks. Before I get into the tactics, techniques and mind sets that are children need to be taught, I thought I would encourage you to begin the learning process by contacting John Hall, the ingenious founder and director of Kid Escape and purchase – at a reduced price – some wonderful DVD’s teaching parents and children how to incorporate the actual skills and techniques responsible for saving the lives of many young children who could have been or who actually were the (intended) victims of sexual predators. By doing so you will be:
- Learning strategies to teach your children – in these entertaining but truly effective programs – on how to prevent, avoid, and when required, escape and evade predators.
- Actually contributing and donating to the Esme Kenney Fund.
And, if you are wondering: I am making no bread in any way out of this link I am about to give you, and, yes, I have purchases many of these terrific DVD’s in the past and intend to purchase one or two more.
Contact John Hall at Kid Escape by hitting john@kidescape.org, and you can make a donation to the Esme Kenney Fund at http://www.kidescape.org/esmedonation.html
In my next post I will begin my series on preventing, escaping and evading the dreaded sexual predator.
Until Then, please stay safe.

I just recently started reading your posts and find them interesting and quite useful….. I’ve been teaching students about Hate Crimes/Bullying/ Tolerance and diversity. Due to the recent attacks here on Long Island, I’ve been asked by schools to PROMOTE TOLERANCE …..but the kids we instruct are told there is a limit to what we tolerate……I have some ideas i would like to put forward ……
Was interested in your bio… and ways we could possible work together on some programs.. and seminars……
Thanks,
Mike
